1. WHY is the PRINT SCREEN FUNCTION not allowed in this APP?

 

This app was made to showcase the works of commercial photographers, videographers and models. In a bid to protect the intellectual and creative property of their works, the app is designed to prevent print screen and screen recording functions.

If a user does the above actions, our admin will detect this and block the account immediately. They may need to contact our admin to unlock their account. Please know that our admin reserves all rights over account decisions, especially in the case of abuse of usage is found.

 

2. WHY CAN’T I USE MY USER ID TO LOG-IN TO A 3RD DEVICE?

 

Please note that a unique User ID is only able to be used on a maximum of two devices. Once the user has logged in to the first two devices successfully, the system will auto-link the User ID on these two devices. In order to log-in on a 3rd device, the user may reset the access in Settings > Link Devices, or contact us via the Contact Form located under Profile > Support to unlink the User ID from one of the original devices. After that, the user will be allowed to log-in on the 3rd device.

3. Can i view the e-magazines if my device is not connected to the internet?

 

Once the user has ordered the e-magazine, he may download and view the e-magazine on the mobile app on his device. Subsequently, he may continue to view the e-magazine on his device offline without having to connect to the internet. However, he will require internet connection if he wishes to purchase other e-magazines.

4. PROMOTION CODE

 

Promotion code may be available for grab from time to time. Users can enter the promotion code at the checkout page of their order on our Webstore (www.zeero-s.com) or mobile app (Android and IOS).

 

5. HOW TO APPLY the PROMO CODE

 

Users for Android and IOS can apply their promo code directly into their mobile app at the checkout page during purchase. They may then view the e-magazine on their mobile app once the payment is completed.

 

6. How to view the e-Magazine after i have made the purchased?

 

If the user has ordered the book via our webstore (www.zeero-s.com) or mobile app (Google Play store or Apple store), they can view the purchased e-magazine on our mobile app, available on Android or IOS on their device. Our mobile app can be downloaded in Google Play store or Apple store by searching for “Zeero-S”.

 

·        Select “Library” located at the bottom bar of the Home screen

·        Select “My Magazines”

·        Select the title you wish to view by tapping on the “Download” icon located at the right side of the title

·        Once the download is completed, you may open the file and view

 

7. How to CLEAR DOWNLOADED DATA of A E-magazine

To free up storage space on your mobile device, you may:

 

·        Select “Library” located at the bottom bar of the Home screen

·        Select “My Magazines”

·        Select the title you wish to delete by tapping on the title

·        Tap on the delete icon shown on the right hand side of the title

·        Select “Yes” when the Confirmation message is prompted

 

8. having issueS/unable to view e-magazine?

If the user has downloaded the book but cannot view it, you may try the following:

·        Delete storage of the e-magazine at “My Library”. Please see (7)

·        Re-download the e-magazine. Please see (6)

If the user continues having issues after trying the above, please email to techsupport@zeero-s.com or contact us via the Contact Form at Profile > Support for further assistance.

9. Will i lose all my data, including the e-magazines i have purchased if i uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

The user will be able to access their order records and view their purchased e-magazines even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If the user is unable to access their records and view the e-magazines, they may email to techsupport@zeero-s.com or contact us via the Contact Form at Profile > Support for further assistance.

10. about zeero-s

Zeero-S is a digital platform designed for talented photographers, videographers and models to publish their works. The nature of expression is limitless and so we adopt a space without censorship. Hence, some of the subject matter may depict nudity. Please ensure you duly understand our terms and conditions before registering an account with us.

11. How to delete an e-magazine permanently

The user may delete their e-magazine at My Library, or contact our support staff at enquiry@zeero-s.com for assistance.

·        Select “My Library” located at the bottom bar of the Home screen

·        Select “My Magazines”

·        Select the title you wish to delete by tapping on the title

·        Tap on the delete icon shown on the right side of the title

·        Select “Yes” when the Confirmation message is prompted

 

Please note that this action will delete the title from the user’s account and we will be unable to retrieve it after confirmation. If the user wishes to view the e-magazine thereafter, he will need to re-purchase the title.

12. How Do i delete my account 

To delete a registered account with us, the user may delete their account at Profile, and then select Settings, or contact our support staff at enquiry@zeero-s.com for assistance.

Please note that once the account has been deleted after confirmation, we will not be able to recover it.  No refunds will be issued for any titles within the account.

13. account registration

Account registration is FREE and easy. Simply fill in the required information at the prompts to complete the registration. Please ensure that: -

a)      You duly understand our Terms and Conditions, Disclaimers, EULA and Privacy Policy. If you require any clarification, please reach us at enquiry@zeero-s.com

b)     You are of legal age within your country to access our website and mobile apps, as the content may contain materials which may not be suitable for underage viewing. If you require further clarification, please reach us at enquiry@zeero-s.com

c)      You provide a valid email address during registration to enable a method of contact as well as to ensure security and privacy for your account.

d)     You provide your mobile number for SMS authentication purposes. Upon submission of your account registration, a SMS code will be sent to your registered mobile number to complete the registration.
